Berry Astrapak continues to improve B-BBEE status

Berry Astrapak has improved its rating from a Level 4 to a Level 2 B-BBEE certificate, which was independently verified in accordance with the Codes of Good Practice. The Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Verification Certificate is based on information provided to Renaissance SA Ratings, a SANAS accredited BEE Verification agency.

CEO Robin Moore commended his team, in particular the Procurement and Supply Team, Human Resources and Head Office teams, “Well done and a massive thank you to our whole B-BBEE Committee. This is a great example of how long-term planning, effort and excellence deliver great results.”

Group Operations Director, Nawaaz Kalick, also expressed his gratitude on the announcement. “It’s only through the efforts of our Committee, our Advisor, and the support from the management team that this was possible. Well done on an excellent achievement!”
