Squeezing ahead in tube design

Manufactured as monolayer or multilayer with EVOH barrier, Berry Astrapak’s range of tubes suit a variety of squeezable products in the personal care and cosmetics, hardware, confectionary, and food products markets.

The EVOH tubes offer outstanding barrier properties against products sensitive to oxygen transmission and standard environmental conditions. The EVOH therein protects the integrity of the packed product as well as the expected shelf life of the product.

With sophisticated manufacturing and decorating technology, Berry Astrapak prides themselves in their efficient output capabilities which allow for both large and small quantity production runs. Available in a round or oval shape, tubes can be produced in multiple sizes ranging from 19-50 millimetre in diameter, containing volumes from 10-250 millilitres.

IPSA Gold Pack* Award-winning decorative capabilities are in the form of multi-colour screen print decoration for patch or wrap around labelling. Tube bodies can be varnished with either matt or gloss finishes for a textured feel. Corresponding closures are available in screw cap format, or as screw-on and snap-on flip top closures while product integrity is ensured with tamper-evident seals on all closures.
